Swics Immigration & Education Consultancy  

I applied for study visa in Latvia, and they took 5000 from me for registration but now they said they are unable 
to take offer later form Latvia. I my registration for Latvia study visa but i am demanding for my money back but 
they said they will not refund my money, i said its not my fault but they are igno it.
